These Terms of Service govern your use of pfdworks.com and the delivery services provided by Premium Food Delivery LLC ("PFD"). By using our site or services, you agree to these terms.
Orders placed through our platform are prepared by independent partner restaurants and delivered by PFD. Prices, availability, delivery areas, and delivery times may vary. Delivery fees and any applicable service charges are shown before you complete your order.
By opting in to SMS messages from Premium Food Delivery, you agree to receive recurring text messages, which may include order confirmations, delivery notifications, customer care messages, and promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; after you send STOP we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email or phone number below. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account details secure, and use our services only for lawful purposes.
If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will make it right where we reasonably can. Resolution may include a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PFD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
